MARY’S JOURNEY
Someone once told Mary that she had nine lives…that is almost true. To go from Vocal Performance Major, to Private Vocal Coach, to School Teacher, turned Corporate Sales Executive, to Aesthetician, to Med Spa Owner and Founder of the MMS skincare line, is not the norm. However, the variety and contrast has proven to be the key to her inner strength and her drive to achieve her goals. The jump from a longtime Corporate Sales career, to that of a Medical Aesthetician/ Med Spa Owner at mid-life, proved to be the game changer for her. But it didn’t happen with the flip of a switch. With each change came risk, and with each risk came reward, preempted with its own set of growing pains. Which leads to two of Mary’s favorite sayings, “Leap and the net will appear” and “It’s never too late”.
Mary draws from her own life’s hurdles and lessons learned, to encourage women of every age, no matter where they may find themselves in life, that it is never unfixable… it is never too late. Her belief is that you can truly be whatever you want to be, if you want it badly enough, and you are willing to put in the hard work…. and of course, if you have faith. That faith combined with experience and drive lead her to found her own Med Spa and skincare line at 52.
